Player of the Season 2012/13

It's been a tremendous season for Crystal Palace which ever way you look at it. At the time of writing, there are two games left to play and a play off spot remains in our own hands. Considering the season we had last time around and the fact that before the season started we were one of the favourites for relegation, that is certainly provong the bookies wrong.

In our first season covering Palace, The Eagle Beak has gone from strength to strength and we want to take this opportunity to thank all of our followers. We appreciate the support and value the interaction between you, the fans. At the end of the day, that is just what we are and this has only added to the enjoyment of the season. That is what it is all about, why this has The Eagles Beak was created. It's been a blast no matter what happens between now and the end of the season.

Just like any other service like ours, we'd be letting down our followers if we were not to introduce our own awards now that the season is almost at an end. So here we are, the first ever "The Eagles Beak Player of the Season" and "The Eagles Beak Goal of the Season" awards.

We don't need to give you a run down of the runners and riders, you have seen them perform in Palace colours week in week out. We have narrowed down the choices to the players that have made 30 or more appearances this season.

Is the power with the Jedi or a goal hungry Murray? Perhaps your preference is a defensive hero such as Delaney, Rambo or the gloved Jules. This is where you come in. Click on the link below and cast your votes. The closing date is midnight on bank holiday Monday so what are you waiting for? Get involved !!

If you have any questions about anything we do here at The Eagles Beak, feedback, ideas or that you simply want to be involved then tweet or DM us @TheEaglesBeak or drop us an email to ffl2000@sky.com. We'd be pleased to hear from you!
